IMPORTANT: If your order includes muffins, remember that we ship them freshly baked once every two weeks, so all the items in the order will be shipped on the expected delivery date of the muffins, which we indicate in the product page. If you want to receive the rest of the items within 1-2 days after your order is processed, you must purchase them separately.

In which cases are returns allowed?
Because muffins are a perishable product, we accept returns in the following cases:
- If the product you receive does not correspond to what you ordered
- If the product arrives broken or in poor conditions **
In these cases, please write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the product. We will proceed to the reimbursment or the replacement of the product.
** IMPORTANT: we ship our muffins without any plastic to reduce our environmental footprint. That is why our shipments are delivered after having been baked, with the express delivery service. In case you are absent in the first delivery attempt, we recommend that you contact the agency to arrange a second attempt or to collect the package in the corresponding office as soon as possible. We cannot accept returns because the product is dry due to not having gotten the product on time. Of course, if the agency delivers it to you with a delay of more than one day over the expected 1-2 days since it leaves our warehouse, a reimbursement will proceed.
Return by customer decision: you have 14 days to return the item from the date of receipt. We will refund the full amount of the product to be returned, as long as you send it back to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you and has not been used (beyond the mere verification of its good condition). In this case, you must assume the return shipping costs (3,90€).
Return due to an error in the order: if what you have ordered does not match what we have sent you, you have 14 days to return the item from the date you received the product. We will refund the full amount of the product to be returned, as long as you send it to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you and it has not been used (beyond the mere verification of its good condition). Of course, in this case you don´t have to pay return shipping costs.
Return due to damaged product: in this case, you have 14 days to process the return from the date you received the product, and we will proceed to make a reimbursement or the replacement of the product.
How to process the return?
To request a return, please write us an email within the period indicated above with the following information to email@example.com:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Pictures (in case the reason for return is that the product is in poor condition or damaged)
We will contact you to arrange the collection of the product. We will send you new product or reimburse you the money.
